This Shipping Policy explains how HOPKINSON SIMPSON KIARRALEE prepares, packs and delivers your order.
Dispatch and handling
Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility at 524 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122, Australia. Orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day are usually packed the same day; orders placed after that cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are packed on the next business day.
Cold chain packaging
Frozen and chilled seafood is packed with food-grade insulated liners and coolant packs so that it stays within the correct temperature range during transit. Please transfer frozen items to your freezer and chilled items to your refrigerator as soon as your order arrives.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight of the order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Melbourne metropolitan area: 1 to 2 business days
- Other areas of Victoria: 2 to 3 business days
- Other Australian states and territories: 3 to 7 business days
Remote and regional destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery address
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details on your order are complete and accurate. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been handed to the carrier. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or because nobody was available to receive it, please contact us and we will arrange redelivery at your cost.
Delays and damaged parcels
Delivery times can be affected by weather, seasonal demand, carrier delays and events outside our control. If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or arrives in a condition that is not acceptable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@iisakkabuddy.shop or on +61 3 9853 6412 so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
International delivery
Our store currently delivers within Australia. If you would like to enquire about delivery to another destination, please contact us before placing your order.
